Analytics Analyst

As an Analytics Analyst based in Nutley, you will collaborate with DTC business teams and IT partners to enhance analytic capabilities, troubleshoot data issues, and drive the adoption of analytic tools. Your role will support the Data Analytics Manager in delivering analytics value and ensuring consistency in analytics tools.

• Develop partnerships with key business partners to document business use cases and identify reporting gaps.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms.
• Create visualizations and communicate insights to drive action within the organization.
• Drive analytics initiatives through development and ensure successful embedding in business processes.
• Educate and train business stakeholders on reporting initiatives and tools.
• Promote data and analytics capabilities to business unit stakeholders.

• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or related field with analytical or business intelligence experience preferred.
• Experience with data discovery, analytics, and BI software tools like MicroStrategy, Dataiku, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
