Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Retail, Construction Teams, and external partners in project development.
- Work within a team of project managers handling new store and renovation projects for RL Wholesale, RL Wholesale Licensee, and RL Retail.
- Create schematic design and design development packages for new wholesale locations and retail stores.
- Manage project aspects including design, construction, budget, and schedule for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project requirements with RL in-house departments and external partners.
- Maintain communication with vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
- Prioritize and manage own work and the work/schedule of RL consultants effectively.
Requirements- Education in Architectural Design.
- Experience in retail design or high-end/custom residential architecture in a project manager role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or newer, Adobe applications, Autodesk applications, and 3D rendering software.
- Strong design skills and ability to sketch.
- Knowledge of millwork standards and construction.
- Experience with lighting, MEP, and other project-related consultants.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in reviewing construction and shop fit installations on site.
