Summary
Responsible for driving growth of Ralph Lauren brands within assigned store or territory by developing wholesale partner relationships, executing company strategies, and aligning sales partners and brand image to present elevated merchandise. Balances creative merchandising with sales analysis to meet business needs and supports execution of in-store presentation and staffing goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for brand growth across assigned families of business.
- Communicate business performance including sales trends, sell through, and AUR to partners and leadership.
- Build and maintain strong account and store partnerships through collaboration and store visits.
- Execute merchandising directives, floor moves, and seasonal presentations to company guidelines.
- Ensure timely processing of new inventory, price changes, markdowns, and stockroom organization.
- Conduct regular product and selling seminars to improve team selling and customer engagement.
- Partner with store teams on staffing, interviewing, and talent assessment to maintain full staffing levels.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Travel as needed to support territory and account needs.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience and strong business acumen with a numbers driven mindset.
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and execute operational discipline.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills across internal and external partners.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; basic photography skills preferred.
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel as required.
- College degree preferred.
- Motivated, independent self starter with professional attitude.
- Experience with merchandising and coaching store teams on selling techniques.
