Summary
Senior Manager responsible for planning and executing Clientelling, Selling Experience, Education, and Activations across retail and wholesale in North America. Based in New York City SoHo headquarters, this role partners cross functionally to define a North Star brand experience across permanent stores, pop ups, shop in shops, and outlets. The position leads strategy, execution, and measurement to drive customer experience and commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement North Star brand experience strategy for retail and wholesale channels.
- Lead Clientelling and Activation strategy and annual execution plans centered on client experience.
- Oversee Education team to build and deliver trainings that enhance client experience.
- Partner with retail and wholesale leaders on cross functional commercial initiatives and special projects.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, retail operations, merchandising, marketing, and e commerce for aligned execution.
- Build business plans and proposals to support new brand experience opportunities and secure stakeholder buy in.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to inform best in class brand experience.
- Spend time in the field to gather insights and feedback and maintain frontline relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience focused on brand and customer experience.
- Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives and presenting at executive level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple business channels.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviors and passion for retail experiences.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and decision making ability.
- Natural relationship builder with collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent.
