Lead seasonal go-to-market planning and execution by partnering with corporate and field teams to drive channel revenue growth while minimizing inventory liability. Own market research, trend analysis and in-season strategy to align product initiatives with customer experience and employee engagement across North American key city ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor, pricing, product, consumer and market research to inform assortment and pricing strategies.
- Research regional and North American city retail trends including wholesale and digital channels.
- Create scorecards and standardized briefs to identify opportunities and communicate insights.
- Recommend ideas to drive revenue, retain clients and attract new customers.
- Partner with field teams to align product strategy and execution across the retail lifecycle.
- Drive execution of 360 customer experiences linking product initiatives to the consumer journey.
- Align commercial calendar events with store execution and client engagement tactics.
- Support product knowledge training and visual merchandising execution to increase in-season sales.
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, sales and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in trend analysis, strategy, communications or product project management.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes across organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel, project management tools and Adobe Suite.
- Experience working with retail or product teams preferred.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and travel approximately 25% of the time.
