Job Description

Summary

As an Area Manager for the Caribbean, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Breitling retailers and certified dealers. You will drive growth through strategic account management, new business development, and sales enablement, ensuring optimal product assortments and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and certified dealers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and engage prospective investors and retailers.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and training sessions to retail staff and partners.
  • Collaborate with accounts to develop and execute co-op marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and prepare weekly reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, brand development, or territory sales management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of retail economics and strategic planning.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Caribbean region.
