Job Description

Summary

As an Area Manager of Stores, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a fleet of stores to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards. Based in New Orleans, LA, this position requires extensive travel and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the retail team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales goals and bottom-line profits across designated stores.
  • Utilize tools and best practices to achieve sales goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead the opening of new locations and activation of temporary residencies.
  • Define and execute strategies to drive sales growth across the territory.
  • Assist Store Managers with strategic event planning to generate brand awareness and revenue.
  • Build community relationships to strengthen brand presence and drive traffic.
  • Partner with leadership to implement coaching and development tools.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top talent for exceptional in-person experiences.
  • Manage and develop retail teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Communicate with store teams on sales performance and operations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and maximize profit margins.
  • Maintain brand standards in store presentation and customer service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit luxury retail.
  • Strong business acumen and drive for delivering sales goals.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expertise in multi-unit retail operations, especially in luxury fashion or eyewear.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • High visual and brand standards with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about eyewear, fashion, and culture.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead remote teams.
  • Familiarity with best practices and emerging software, including POS systems.
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
