Asset Protection Associate

Summary

The Asset Protection Associate helps prevent external and internal theft and fraud while supporting store safety and operations. This on-site role protects customers, employees, merchandise, and store profits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store, and assist with emergencies.
• Monitor and conduct surveillance to identify theft and fraud indicators.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports on theft, merchandise recoveries, accidents, and audits.
• Help control inventory loss through audits and training, and support store operations programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Loss Prevention or Asset Protection experience.
• Customer-focused mindset, verbal and writing skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Investigative and conflict management skills, with the ability to respond to unexpected situations and changing direction.
