Asset Protection Outlet Associate - Buckhead Station

Summary

Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure retail environment at the outlet location. The role focuses on preventing theft and loss, monitoring activity on the sales floor and in stock areas, and supporting store operations through safety and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor and stockroom to deter theft and identify suspicious behavior.
• Conduct routine audits, inventory checks, and asset inspections to detect discrepancies.
• Observe and review video surveillance and report incidents to management.
• Collaborate with store associates and management to resolve security issues and improve loss-prevention procedures.
• Prepare clear incident reports and assist law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of loss prevention, security, or related retail experience preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
