Asset Protection Practitioner - Soho

Summary

The Asset Protection Practitioner is responsible for protecting customers, associates, and store assets at the Soho location. This role proactively identifies and mitigates theft, fraud, and safety risks through visible presence, investigations, and collaboration with store leadership. The Practitioner delivers strong customer service while maintaining compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patrols of the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and prepare accurate incident and case reports.
• Monitor CCTV and exception reporting systems to identify suspicious activity and operational risks.
• Collaborate with store management and, when necessary, external law enforcement to resolve incidents.
• Support operational initiatives and audits to reduce shrink and improve loss prevention controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations.
• Strong observational, investigative, and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or asset protection training preferred.
