Branch Security Officer - Wall Street

Summary

The Branch Security Officer ensures the safety of clients, employees, and store assets while supporting daily store operations and delivering an exceptional Tiffany client experience. This role combines hands-on security duties with operational responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures, alarm and equipment checks, and incident reporting. The officer partners with senior security and store management to deter theft, respond to emergencies, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to protect clients, staff, and merchandise while supporting sales and service goals.
• Partner with senior security and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
• Maintain and test security systems and procedures, including alarms, key access, daily inspections, and report submissions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver a positive client experience as a brand ambassador and support store initiatives to achieve sales plans and act on client feedback.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred.
• One year prior experience in a security-related position preferred.
