Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain visible floor presence wearing provided security uniform
• Perform monitoring and surveillance activities throughout the store
• Assess and assist in emergency and safety situations
• Reduce and control inventory loss through audits and training
• Interact professionally with suspects and deescalate aggressive behavior
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive incidents
• Meet local licensing requirements for security duties
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
