Summary

The Asset Protection Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence at the store entrance to help deter theft and support a safe environment. The role also helps create a positive shopping experience by greeting customers and offering assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customers entering and exiting the store and deter theft through observation.
• Help maintain a safe business environment and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.

Requirements

• No education or experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
