• Conduct regular visual patrols of sales floor and perimeter areas

• Report incidents promptly to store management and law enforcement when required
• Document observations and complete security reports accurately
• Assist with loss prevention procedures and follow company protocols
• Collaborate with store team to address safety concerns and reduce shrink
• Monitor fitting rooms and high risk merchandise areas

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent
• Ability to remain alert and stand for extended periods
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Basic report writing and documentation abilities
• Comfort interacting with customers and staff in security situations
• Ability to follow instructions and operate within company policies
