Summary

The Asset Protection Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence at the store entrance to help deter theft and support a safe, positive shopping experience. The role greets customers, monitors store traffic, and communicates suspicious activity to the Asset Protection team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Visually monitor customers entering and exiting the store.
• Deter theft through visual observation and help maintain a safe business environment.
• Communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.

Requirements

• No education or experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, occasionally reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
