Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence on the sales floor and property perimeter
• Monitor customer activity to deter theft and misconduct
• Report and document incidents accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with store management and security teams during incidents
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas and entrances
• Assist with crowd management during peak periods
• Follow established loss prevention and safety procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail security or loss prevention experience preferred
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and complete incident reports accurately
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation
