Assistant Boutique Director - Beverley Hills

As an Assistant Boutique Director at our Beverly Hills location, you will work closely with the Boutique Director to manage the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards. Your role will involve maximizing sales, minimizing stock losses, and bringing new clients to the business.

• Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Responsible for clientele development and merchandise displays.
• Train, coach, develop, and supervise sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Participate in sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing Capture Rate.
• Oversee and participate in department inventories and monitor pricing.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and standards.
• Lock and secure the store, overseeing all security procedures.

• 7+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in management in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
