Assistant Boutique Director - Miami Design District

As an Assistant Boutique Director at Givenchy Miami Design District, you will partner with the Boutique Director to lead and support the sales and operations of the boutique. You will play a crucial role in developing a culture of service excellence and delivering personalized shopping experiences that define Givenchy's legacy.

• Deepen relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor and manage client relationships.
• Elevate the client experience by delivering unique, personalized moments.
• Ensure continuous Client Experience management presence on the sales floor.
• Assist in mentoring and leading the team to create a best-in-class service environment.
• Provide qualitative feedback and coaching to the team.
• Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices to enhance customer service.

• 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
• 2-3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM tools.
• Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
• Multilingual is a plus.
