- Manage the till and transactional procedures.
- Participate in training and out-of-hour meetings and VM changes as required.

- Ensure team members adhere to the company dress code standards.
- Complete duties as assigned by management and travel for business as required.
Requirements- Jewelry product knowledge and advanced selling and negotiation skills.
- External Jewelry or Retail qualifications.
- Proven track record of sales and management achievements.
- Experience in inspiring and motivating teams.
- Comfort with high price points and retail management experience in a luxury environment.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage operating costs.
- Numerate with ability to analyze sales performance.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume location and provide timely solutions.
