• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive working environment and encourage diversity and teamwork.
• Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with the boutique team and Home Office.
• Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving performance.
• Represent Chanel in the market and develop the client base through community involvement.

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
