Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools

- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges and open new customer rewards accounts
