Summary
The Team Manager will lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business and category goals. This role involves coaching, performance management, clienteling, and supporting store operations and visual merchandising while representing the brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Client Advisors on the selling floor providing real time feedback and support
- Support opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty and lead morning briefings
- Develop cross category selling and ensure team sells all categories across floors
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for improvement
- Participate in recruiting onboarding and development of a high performing team
- Drive superior clienteling activities and utilize client management tools to grow client base
- Manage customer flow resolve service issues and retain client relationships
- Partner with Store Director and Merchandising for product feedback stock and replenishment
- Collaborate with Operations HR and Loss Prevention and maintain merchandising and stock standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to analyze selling reports identify trends and act quickly
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and measurable results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills
- Passion for the fashion industry and professional personal presentation
- Ability to inspire influence a team and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
