- Ensure alignment and partnership between front of house and back of house operations.

- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are on display at all times.
- Build a positive environment to develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use POS system and manage inventory functions.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
