Store Manager - Bloomingdales Aventura

As a Store Manager at Bloomingdale's Aventura, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, merchandise, and client development. Your role is to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.

• Develop and implement store business strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
• Maintain active leadership presence on the sales floor to coach and motivate sales associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store standards are consistently met.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new staff members while retaining top talent.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store meetings and communicate corporate initiatives.

• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales or related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and POS retail systems.
• Ability to relocate is preferable for career development opportunities.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent required; College Degree Preferred.
