Summary
Assist in managing boutique operations at the Ala Moana location, driving commercial performance and delivering outstanding customer service. Support sales growth by coaching and developing sales associates, overseeing merchandising and stock processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Participate in promotional activities and maintain boutique standards including opening and closing duties.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates
- Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals for sales associates
- Train coach and develop sales associates in selling skills and product knowledge
- Participate in merchandise displays presentations and pricing oversight
- Coordinate sales promotions trunk shows and contests with proper in-store signage
- Oversee stock processes including transfers damages returns and inventories
- Ensure compliance with company policies security procedures and store opening closing tasks
- Facilitate communication between management and associates and resolve operational issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience preferably with at least 1 year of management in a luxury setting
- Ability to develop and train associates and build customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays and open or close the store
- Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for long periods
- Strong interpersonal communication organization and follow through skills
- Demonstrated initiative commercial creativity and effective time management
