Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in business development and overall boutique management, including staff leadership, merchandise, and customer experience to help achieve sales objectives and build a motivated sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide floor coverage and model luxury customer service to meet or exceed store sales goals
  • Support Boutique Manager in monitoring performance and adjusting strategies
  • Resolve client situations and escalate to Boutique Manager when necessary
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and leverage sales opportunities
  • Coach and support sales associates in selling techniques and clienteling
  • Lead the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager and foster a positive team environment
  • Manage daily store operations including timekeeping, payroll support, and inventory accuracy
  • Assist in preparing and executing special events and visual merchandising standards
  • Onboard and train new hires and ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience
  • Previous high end watch sales experience preferred
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and results oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team in a demanding environment
  • Understanding of sales, budgets, goals, and scheduling
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally and follow dress standards
