Summary
The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in business development and overall boutique management, including staff leadership, merchandise, and customer experience to help achieve sales objectives and build a motivated sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provide floor coverage and model luxury customer service to meet or exceed store sales goals
- Support Boutique Manager in monitoring performance and adjusting strategies
- Resolve client situations and escalate to Boutique Manager when necessary
- Develop and maintain client relationships and leverage sales opportunities
- Coach and support sales associates in selling techniques and clienteling
- Lead the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager and foster a positive team environment
- Manage daily store operations including timekeeping, payroll support, and inventory accuracy
- Assist in preparing and executing special events and visual merchandising standards
- Onboard and train new hires and ensure adherence to company policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience
- Previous high end watch sales experience preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and results oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team in a demanding environment
- Understanding of sales, budgets, goals, and scheduling
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and follow dress standards
