Assistant Boutique Manager - Saks

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Saks Boca Raton, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards. Your role will involve improving sales, minimizing stock losses, and expanding the client base.

• Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
• Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Responsible for clientele development.
• Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct and/or participate in regular store meetings.
• Facilitate proper communication between management and associates.
• Oversee compliance with established Company policies and standards.
• Lock and secure the store, and oversee compliance with all security procedures.

• 5+ years of experience in retail management.
• Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Effective management of sales staff toward achievement of sales objectives.
• Ability to manage boutique operations effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating necessary equipment including POS systems and office equipment.
