Suite Manager - Fifth Avenue Club

As a Suite Manager at the Fifth Avenue Club in Palm Beach, you will lead and operate an In Residence location, driving business and managing a team of stylists. You will leverage your extensive network of local clients to create personalized shopping experiences and collaborate with hotel management to offer exclusive services to VIP guests.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to sales and EBITDA targets.
• Manage operational tasks including shipping, merchandise control, visual presentation, and payroll reconciliation.
• Create private shopping experiences, styling sessions, trunk shows, and client outreach activities.
• Drive client acquisition through community partnerships, referrals, and social sales techniques.
• Lead a team of stylists, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with regional store teams and distribution centers for luxury goods management.
• Participate in corporate meetings and maintain professional demeanor.

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, and team leadership.
• Technical proficiency with various programs and applications.
• Strong understanding of the Saks Fifth Avenue brand and luxury sales.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
