Overview
We are a luxury fine jewelry retailer headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, featuring an on-site flagship store and curated retail presentations at premier resort properties. Our collections showcase timeless designs crafted in precious metals and gemstones for a discerning clientele. As Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations and sales performance of our Boca Raton location while anchoring our guest-facing presence at affiliated resort venues. You will drive clienteling strategies, curate product presentations, and host elevated events to expand and engage our client base. Partnering closely with resort management, you will rotate assortments and train staff to deliver a seamless luxury experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through disciplined clienteling strategies, VIP segmentation, private appointments, and trunk shows
- Maintain best-in-class visual merchandising standards including floor moves, seasonal windows, and in-store storytelling
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product assortment, analyze sell-through, manage replenishment and markdowns
- Recruit, train, schedule, and coach a high-performing sales team, conducting daily huddles, one-to-ones, and performance reviews
- Plan and execute in-store events, community partnerships, and resort pop-ups to drive new client acquisition
- Oversee operational processes: inventory accuracy, cycle counts, loss prevention, cash management, and CRM integrity
- Partner with resort management and concierge teams to align on guest profiles, event calendars, and in-suite appointments
- Train resort retail staff on brand story, collection knowledge, and service standards tailored to resort clientele
Requirements
- 5–8 years luxury retail leadership experience, with 2+ years as a Store Manager or similar; fine jewelry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success growing premium retail through clienteling, events, and disciplined operations
- Proficient in visual merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention, labor scheduling, and sales analytics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation style and comfort hosting VIP clients and partners
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and local travel between Boca Raton and Palm Beach resorts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and small packages safely
