Requirements- At least 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
- Current knowledge of watch trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience using retail systems.
- Effective communication skills with clients and team.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance.
- Proven track record of management achievements.
- Jewelry or watch product knowledge.
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
