Assistant Boutique Manager - Yorkdale

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Yorkdale, you will work closely with the Boutique Director/Manager to oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Christian Dior standards. Your role will involve maximizing sales, minimizing stock losses, and fostering new client relationships.

• Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
• Provide outstanding customer service and inspire the sales team.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on customer database development.
• Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Lock and secure the store and oversee security compliance.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
