Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Manager - Menswear at Holt Renfrew, you will lead a team of sellers to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales and customer service targets for the menswear department.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent to build a strong sales team.
  • Lead, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Collaborate with other store managers to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Communicate performance goals and provide coaching to achieve success.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and inventory performance.
  • Implement customer relationship and loyalty management programs.
  • Serve as manager-in-charge of the store as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and privacy policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience with accountability for driving sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to initiate change.
