• Assist Grand Vendeur with appointments and client communications.
• Process transactions on behalf of the Grand Vendeur.
• Provide aftersales service to clients.
• Facilitate communication with clients, management, and boutique network.
• Manage incoming requests and prioritize deliveries and shipments.
• Assist with client gifts and letters for special occasions.
• Record and maintain client details within Dior Star CRM platform.
• Manage sales through various platforms.
• Demonstrate strong client knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury market.
• Strong brand and product knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
