Personal Styling Assistant - Bergen

As a Personal Styling Assistant at Neiman Marcus in Bergen, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Personal Stylist by assisting with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks. You will work both on-site and through online platforms to ensure a memorable experience for our customers.

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing transactions and merchandise.
• Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking and sending thank you notes.
• Organize appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and experiences for top clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Assist with digital selling and social media presence.
• Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock and maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms.

• Experience with technology and digital tools.
• Previous fashion retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
