Job Description

Summary

Assist in leading contact center operations, mentor associates, and support department leadership to deliver a luxury customer experience. Serve as a subject matter expert on standard operating procedures and collaborate with cross functional partners to resolve complex issues and drive customer delight and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Support leaders in attracting and developing talent
  • Coach teams to create a luxury customer experience
  • Mentor new associates and provide ongoing education and inspiration
  • Analyze operating procedures to identify process improvements
  • Proactively resolve complex customer issues independently
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to drive resolutions
  • Drive revenue through elevated product knowledge and service
  • Model brand standards in communication and professional appearance

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a customer facing role
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Mac or Dell operating systems and PC applications
  • Experience with order management software
  • Strong interpersonal and results driven mindset
  • Ability to energize others and foster a positive work environment
  • Detail focused with commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
