Responsibilities
- Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to uphold brand standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination of sales and operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom
