Summary
The Associate Gallery Leader provides leadership across all facets of the gallery to deliver a luxury customer experience, support and empower teams, and drive strategy and execution. This role focuses on coaching, talent attraction, and operational excellence while representing the brand with polished communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
- Coach associates to deliver first-class luxury service and educate teams on product assortment
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
- Attract and hire talent for all levels of the gallery
- Manage priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with People Team
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Represent the brand through professional appearance and communication
- Ensure operational execution on gallery floor, stock room and office activities
- Maintain commitment to quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and execute the RH design aesthetic
- Proficiency with Mac operating system Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery
