Assistant Manager - Beverly Hills Flagship

The Assistant Manager at Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship Boutique will partner with the Floor Director and Managing Director to oversee all aspects of the business, including sales growth, client development, and staff management. This role requires a proactive approach to enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment.

• Supervise and coach sales staff to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain an active management presence on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional service.
• Identify sales opportunities and track delivery and special orders.
• Conduct monthly meetings and annual performance evaluations with staff.
• Ensure compliance with CRM standards and maximize client capture rate.
• Communicate policies and procedures to the team and ensure compliance.
• Monitor staff scheduling and maintain accurate records of attendance.
• Organize seasonal trainings and integrate key profession points into client conversations.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for open positions.
• Make critical client decisions and manage the store in the absence of senior management.

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid, and E-time.
• Ability to learn merchandise, POS, and payroll systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
• Flexible work availability as business needs dictate.
