Assistant Manager - Las Vegas Bellagio

As an Assistant Manager at Las Vegas Bellagio, you will lead a team to provide exceptional client experiences, achieving or exceeding the boutique's goals. You will motivate the team to cultivate ongoing and trusted relationships with clients, driving the Cartier legacy forward.

• Contribute to overall boutique growth by driving sales and achieving sales targets.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and develop business strategies based on market intelligence.
• Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching and development.
• Lead boutique client development and experience action plans.
• Promote and lead change as a positive part of the boutique's success.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to procedures.
• Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold the boutique image.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
