Summary

The Assistant Manager, Experience leads and coaches boutique sales teams to deliver personalized client experiences and strong business results. This in-store role partners with boutique leadership to develop team performance, improve operations, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Train team members on brand savoir-faire, products, and service excellence.
• Analyze boutique and team performance indicators and develop action plans.
• Build client relationships through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, inclusion, and continuous development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client service skills.
• Passion for the brand, its history, and its products.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 15 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; foreign language skills preferred.
