Summary

The Product Manager leads the Costume Jewelry, Other Accessories, and Eyewear categories at the Saks New York location. This in-store role manages and develops a sales team, drives category performance, and delivers elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and foster a collaborative, respectful work environment.
• Provide ongoing training on product knowledge, CHANEL savoir faire, and service standards.
• Lead category analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and collaboration with the Home Office buying team.
• Use key performance indicators to improve team and business results.
• Develop the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience and people development.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work in-store to coach teams, uphold boutique standards, and support business results.
