Summary

The Assistant Sales Department Manager supports the department manager in driving sales, coaching the team, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the lingerie and active department.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hire train develop and motivate the department sales team
• Assist in achieving department volume and productivity goals through business planning
• Coach teach and lead by example to ensure outstanding customer service
• Actively sell on the floor to build customer relationships and loyalty
• Support merchandising and presentation standards with the department manager
• Assist with inventory management and meeting shrinkage goals
• Work with store and divisional leaders to maintain productive relationships

Requirements

• Track record of successful sales results and strong productivity
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a commission based environment
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Strong organizational skills and follow through
• Experience developing relationships with department and store leaders
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
