Responsibilities

• Recruit hire and train department sales team
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve department volume and productivity goals
• Coach teach and lead by example to ensure outstanding customer service
• Actively sell on the floor to build lasting customer relationships
• Support merchandising and presentation standards
• Assist with accurate inventory management and shrinkage goals
• Collaborate with department store managers and retail merchandisers
