Assistant Manager, Operations

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Operations supports boutique operations and ensures procedures, systems, and tools are followed to enable an excellent client experience. This in-store role works closely with boutique leaders and the Retail Operations team to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving, and support facilities management, security, and compliance.
• Execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency and coach the team on operational excellence.
• Serve as a resource on standard operating procedures, systems, and tools.
• Manage product requests and movement while maintaining organizational standards.
• Support boutique projects, sales, and customer service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays, and to lift 15 pounds.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; foreign language skills preferred.
