Assistant Manager - Selling Floor - Center Pointe Mall

As an Assistant Manager on the Selling Floor at Center Pointe Mall, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will support the department manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising.

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate your team to achieve success.
• Assist the department manager in developing and executing a business plan to meet department volume and productivity goals.
• Ensure salespeople deliver outstanding customer service through teaching, coaching, and leading by example.
• Collaborate with the department manager to meet merchandising and presentation standards.
• Actively sell on the floor to build long-lasting relationships and create a loyal customer following.
• Assist in accurate inventory management and achieving shrinkage goals.

• Proven track record of successful results, including strong productivity and personal trade.
• Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience in developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser, and other leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
