Assistant Store Director - Short Hills

Summary

The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director by leading the Department Manager and sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty. The role focuses on coaching and training staff and overseeing floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach
• Define and drive targeted quantitative and qualitative sales goals and KPIs
• Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational store functions
• Act as the training ambassador and build a network to promote local and international customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
