Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operational objectives.
- Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and build a culture of clienteling and CRM excellence.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team, including planning for succession.
- Oversee store operations, payroll, scheduling, inventory, compliance, loss prevention, and presentation standards.
- Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to execute store priorities and improve results.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience, including management of a high-volume store or comparable business.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience using KPIs, financial information, and client insights to drive growth.
- Expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and relationship development.
- Strong team leadership, coaching, operational judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, inventory management, and other retail technology systems.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
