Assistant Store Leader

As an Assistant Store Leader at our upcoming Newport Beach store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will be responsible for maintaining visual brand standards, overseeing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

• Use product knowledge to confirm all shipments are imported/exported accurately.
• Consistently maintain visual brand standards at all times.
• Handle all premise maintenance, shoplifting prevention, and supply chain circumstances.
• Ensure every customer receives excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and all back of house performances.
• Tend to all supply orders while maintaining in line with brand budget.
• Enjoy the sun (as always)!

• Understanding of formulas and shipping platforms.
• Prior experience in operations or back of house industry.
• Ability to lift and carry multiple objects at a time.
• Strong communication skills.
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration preferred.
