Assistant Manager - South Coast Plaza

As an Assistant Manager at Hermès South Coast Plaza, you will play a crucial role in managing the boutique's operations, ensuring exceptional client service, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the Floor Director and Managing Director to oversee staff and maintain the store's profitability.

• Supervise and coach staff to achieve sales objectives and embody the Hermès spirit.
• Identify sales opportunities and evaluate contributions to the boutique's success.
• Conduct monthly meetings and performance evaluations with the team.
• Ensure compliance with CRM standards and maximize client capture rate.
• Monitor staff scheduling, vacation, and attendance records.
• Organize seasonal trainings and integrate key profession points into client conversations.
• Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for open positions.
• Make critical client decisions and manage the store in the absence of senior management.

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Cegid, and E-time.
• Ability to learn merchandise, POS, and payroll systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Flexible work availability as business needs dictate.
