Summary
Manage and drive sales for an assigned beauty brand through personalized consultations, makeup applications, and product recommendations while fostering customer loyalty and collaborating with the beauty team. Serve as both salesperson and educator to meet individual and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools. Oversee vendor events and maintain a customer-ready counter environment aligned with current beauty trends.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling methods including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open customer rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
